The DITC team strives to offer our members a forum in which to discover the beauty that various cities have to offer through meeting new people, while dining at elegant restaurants. We feel that our clients deserve excellent food, entertaining company and VIP service, all offered as a stylish package service- especially for our clients whose time is extremely valuable.
Upon joining, you will receive a DITC "VIP membership" card that can be used at selected partner restaurants to enjoy fine dining with great discounts and fabulous benefits (percentage varies amongst restaurants). You will also receive and enjoy everything from VIP treatment at spas, beauty parlor services, private event invitations and discounts at local boutiques.
We are your creative event ambassadors and would like to open the doors to the city, as we host our business with grace.

Hailing from Belgium originally, Sylvie has the bold charm of a woman who knows what she wants, and the accent to sweet-talk you into it! When Dinner In The City's Founder went seeking her next enterprise, she went no further than her own personal playground - the nation's capital. It was all settled over a glass of champagne and a power lunch. Inspired to pair her passions for fabulous food and great networking, Sylvie launched her new company Dinner In The City. The result: a perfect combination - beautiful venues serving delicious food, engaging conversation with fellow professionals and the best networking the city has to offer. A gracious hostess with a disarming smile, Sylvie has a natural flair for all things business-like. Prior to establishing Dinner In The City, Sylvie earned her bachelor's degree in Business and her MBA from Marymount University and made her mark in the world of accounting and finance. When she isn't seeking out the best restaurants, boutiques and galleries to join DITC's cadre of exclusive merchants, Sylvie can be found in the gym, reading, and socializing ~ often all at once!

Kadrieka Maiden – Publicist
Gorgeous smile and sparkling personality is one way of describing this Louisiana native. In the presents of this charming southern bell, you definitely feel that southern hospitality shine through. Coming to DITC as an experienced public relations professional, Kadrieka’s passion for bringing fantastic venues, beautiful people, and delicious food together to create DITC’s most sophisticated and spectacular events. After spending time working in the New York PR market, where she gained most of her experience, Kadrieka decided it was time for a change and moved to the DC area. Kadrieka earned a Masters of Arts degree in Communications where she now puts her education and delightful personality to great use as DITC’s publicist. Her ability to develop relationships between DITC members, media, and vendors is unique and keeps them coming back for more Dinner In The City. Kadreika enjoys traveling, playing golf, a good football game and spending time with close friends and family.
